Guest accommodation on the holiday farm consists of an old Umbrian farmhouse that has been restored and furnished using environmentally friendly materials. The farmhouse is divided into two apartments, each with its own spacious outdoor area.

There is a fully-functioning ancient wood-fired bread oven in the ground floor apartment.

The private swimming-pool is located just a few metres from the house.
Two mountain-bikes are available for the use of guests.
Nearby, there are two riding-stables if guests wish to go horse riding.

There is also a swing for children and a barbecue.
Pets are welcome (subject to prior agreement).

Holiday apartment Giove Umbria Italy: Set in the quiet seclusion of it's owns grounds and overlooking the superb scenery of the Tiber valley. This recently restored farmhouse has been converted in to 2 independent and fully equipped holiday apartments. Both retain their original architecture and style of furnishing. All the rooms enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. It is only 10 minutes walk into the charming village of Giove, offering a good selection of shops.
